"WARNING - FRAUD ALERT ! Upon check-in, they will ask for your credit card and try to charge an additional $175 WITHOUT telling you! Fortunately, my credit card declined the charge and sent me a warning by text.

Poor hotel experience - fraudulent advertising
"I booked this hotel thinking that it was 4 stars and had a good number of reviews. My stay here was terrible. The non smoking floor I was had smoke every where. Beds were uncomfortable and there were not housekeeping services.

Always a great hotel to stay
"I stay at hotel 32 32 quite frequently and it has become one of my favorites in the city. The rooms have a modern look and are always very clean. I usually pick one that has a balcony. The staff is always very helpful and accommodating.

"Contacted the hotel to resolve an issue with my booking. Great guy Mike sorted it for us. It's great to see that even though the hotel is very profitable, their moral compass is on point. Extremely flexible. Will certainly be staying in the future!"

"This place is disgusting. The 1st room they assigned me had so much dust I couldn’t breath. They sent me to a 2nd room that then had a dead roach and the bed was disgusting. Josh and Karen were the 2 agents I worked with.
